We along with other associates, are offering misc work in the Cedar County area. If you have anything that you need help with, just contact us: if we can’t do the work, we can probably refer you to someone who can. In this day and age it’s hard to find people who do call any work, Let alone people who actually show up to work.

We’re looking for professionals, who maintain themselves and their equipment; people who DO NOT show up to the job site with dull chains and shotty equipment. People who actually work; not sit around smoking cigarettes, flapping their jaws half the time while the other people are pulling their weight. If you don’t pull your weight, I will let you go.

I pay commission; I pay the taxes, I pay for the insurance, I pay the overhead. You must have at least two years experience; must have your own equipment, and must maintain your own equipment.

Starting pay is 20% – how this works: If the job pays $2,000, there are three workers, you get paid 20% of 1/3 = $133. If you have your own equipment, I pay double. So you get 20% and your equipment gets 20% – 40% of 1/3 =$267

The average job pays about $1,500 total, for a days work. So on average you’ll make $150 to $300 a day. If you want to keep the wood, and try to sell it as firewood or whatever; then that would be a bonus.

if you work just as hard as we do or more, I will bump you up 25% on the next job.

if you continue to do a good job, I’ll bump you up to 30%

max pay is 33%

Again; if you have your own/bring/maintain equipment, it will get equal pay. There are other bonuses, but that is a case by case basis.

Tree climbers get paid extra. So if you’re a climber without gear, ( What should never happen) 🤔 You’ll get paid double. Climbers with gear, get paid triple.

I try not to underbid our jobs because I want to pay my people decent. I charged a little less for local work because we don’t have to drive as far and we live in one of the poorest county in Missouri; and there’s plenty of hillbillies and rednecks who are willing to do the job for next to nothing. So it’s hard to get a premium price for our premium work in our area. To make the better money we have to drive an hour or two in each way, not sure if it’s worth it.

If you have a stump grinder, I will potentially have a lot of work for you. It’s pretty much the one thing I don’t do… But probably need to do.

There are people in our area who will do the work for next to nothing; but a lot of them do half-ass work and they are uninsured. I try to hire people that have OCD quality. I’m tired of carrying people that don’t cut the mustard, and then they turn around and call me in an abusive friend after I’ve been looking out for them and taking care of them for over a year.

The crew wanted me to get rid of this guy a year ago, but I didn’t; because he was a friend… Or so I thought. I lost part of the crew because I was holding on to dead weight. That happened to me before with another so-called friend, David-Ray.

I charge a quality price for quality work, I pay a quality price for quality work. My brother and I are OCD, but not as much as our father was. If you can live up to our standards, you will be well taken care of. I will not coddle people who underperform anymore.

Like Trump and Elon Musk; it’s 2025, its time to cut the fat. You show up with poor equipment, and poor work ethics… As Trump and Musk would say, You is Fired 🤠
