I bought five Katahdin/Dorper Ewe Sheep from a friend, he says Dorper Sheep are the best meat sheep. He knows sheep pretty well, been breading sheep most his life. I have Dorper Ram on order; so in 2025, I will have Dorper/Katahdin babies. I will be keeping the females, and butchering the males for meat; till I get too many females.
